
Nicholas Freeman
TRUSTEE
Nick Freeman is a leader at the Carl M. Freeman Companies, where he helps oversee strategic initiatives that integrate real estate investment, property management, and community development. With a hands-on approach, he sources and evaluates acquisitions, manages onboarding, and develops retail assets to create long-term value while enhancing the communities the company serves.
In addition, Nick serves as a Managing Member of the Freeman Fund, the Freeman family’s primary investment vehicle, where he leads financial analysis and due diligence across a wide range of opportunities. He also plays an active role with the Carl M. Freeman Foundation, aligning financial strategy with philanthropic impact.
Nick serves as a Trustee of the Carl M. Freeman Foundation, is a member of the Auxiliary Board for the National Links Trust, and serves on the Advisory Board for Athletes for Hope. He previously served on the Board of Trustees at Landon School in Bethesda, MD.
Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and began his career as an acquisitions analyst at a publicly traded REIT in New York City.
Outside of work, Nick finds his greatest joy in family life with his wife and two daughters, who inspire him every day.
