Carl Freeman's mission of creating places that enrich lives comes to life in the Foundation's office building which opened in November 2020. Designed to reflect Mr. Freeman's earliest development projects, the building is designed to welcome collaboration and connection for the local community.

Reserve Your Tour
- Please make a reservation for each person in your party. Tours are limited to five guests. Contact Lindsay Richard at lindsay@freemanfoundation.org to make reservations for groups larger than five.
- Location: 31255 Americana Parkway, Selbyville, Delaware, within the Bayside community. The building’s modern design reflects the style of Carl Freeman's first development projects.
- Tour Duration: Approximately 30 minutes.
- Accessibility: The building meets ADA requirements. Tours are conducted in English, and sign language services are not available at this time.
